"tomas is unforgivably immature. i accept that i'm no angel, but tomas, tomas is a fucking joke! obviously, he could find it within himself to stick his dick in me, but when it turned out i was pregnant, the boy freaked. which i could understand. but turning to drugs? he'd never been much of an angel, but you'd think that'd be a wake up call, not a call to worsen your habits by about a million. i had no choice but to take my parents' advice and leave well alone, though it took me long enough to realize that was the case. have you seen jeremy kyle?! teenage mum, drug-addled father, screaming at each other day and night... i didn't want that for my baby. we made a mistake, and tomas didn't want to face up to that. he's only got less and less mature - sure, he's allegedly sober now, but he still resents me for doing the right thing. if he had half a brain he'd realize how hard it was for me to live with him when he was like that, and how unfair it was on trent. whatever, maybe one day."
